Sharonda Donnell joined our team in 2010 and brings over 20 years of experience in the business field. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, which has been a valuable asset in her work at JLHM. Sharonda married Brad Donnell in 1991, and together they have three children- Chazeley, Bradyn and Kolby- and are blessed with nine grandchildren. As a pastor’s daughter, she has faithfully served in a variety of roles within the ministry and carries a deep passion for Christ. With a background as a former Youth Leader, she has a strong heart for the next generation and is committed to helping advance God's Kingdom in every way she can. 

Missy Lowder serves as the Administrative Assistant to Bookkeeping at Jay Lowder Harvest Ministries and has been a valued member of the team for over 11 years, joining in March 2015. While her heart is rooted in her family, she faithfully supports the ministry on a part-time basis, assisting with all bookkeeping needs. Missy is married to Jay, and together they have three children- Lane, Kayley, and Graham. She has a deep love for the Lord and being able to assist Jay in the mission God has called them to.

Marcus Moore serves as a Media and Content Developer at Jay Lowder Harvest Ministries. He joined our team in January 2024. Marcus graduated with an A.S. in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes Online Division in 2016. Having years of experience in the creative industry, Marcus exemplifies his God-given talents to create high quality graphics and cutting-edge video content that makes a visual impact for JLHM's outreach efforts.
